Jesus Sanfiel graduated at the National School of Dance in Cuba and went on to become a principal dancer with the Ballet Nacional of Cuba, the first dance star of the Tropicana of Cuba. He has taught at: New York Dance Conservatory, Magnolia Ecole du Ballet in France, Sao Paulo in Brazil Danca School, Miami Hispanic Ballet, Nevada Ballet Theater, Ballet Ellite, Performing Art Center and Cirque du Soleil "Zumanity" in Las Vegas. Choreographer for Radio City Music Hall in New York, West Ballet Company and E. Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York. Currently he serves as ballet master and regisseur for the Cuban Classic Ballet of Miami.
Originally from Oxford, England, Jane completed her professional Performing training at “Laine theater Arts” in London with a degree from the Imperial Society of teachers of Dancing. In 1996 Jane moved to Las Vegas and began her extensive performing career. She performed in many shows on the Las Vegas strip including “Enter the Night” at the Stardust and “Folies Bergere” at the Tropicana. She is currently performing daily in “Jubilee” at Bally’s hotel. In 2005, she became certified in both Body Arts and Science Int and Dk Body balancing methods. Currently teaches Pilates at the Elite Ballet Intensive.
Born in Brighton, UK, Annette trained in musical theatre at Elmhurst Ballet School and Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts. After working for Celebrity Cruises as a dancer for 3 years, she then moved to Las Vegas where she has performed in many shows on the strip. Annette has also headlined as a singer for many corporate events in Las Vegas and Henderson.
Credits include 'Siegfried & Roy at The Mirage', 'Tournament Of Kings', 'Masquerade Show In The Sky', 'We Will Rock You' and 'The Producers'.
Michael kessler and Melinda Jackson have produced, directed,written,choreographed, and performed all over the world. They have performed many dances styles from Ballet to Broadway. They starred in The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular directed by Joe Layton. The M & M shows at the Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas. They played the roles of The Blind Countess and The Gigolo in Tommy Tune's Grand Hotel. They have also played roles of ninotchka and Canfield in Cole Porter's Silk Stockings. Michael and Melinda produced, directed, choreographed, wrote the original music, and starred in with their company The Show M&M American Dance Theatre, Off Broadway Manhattan Moves at American Place Theatre. They choreographed for the Winter Olympics, The US Pro Gymnastics Classic at Madison Square Garden. They have had the pleasure to work with many talented artists such ad Sammy Davis Jr., Gwen Verdon, and Maya Plissetskaya, They have coached members of the US Olympic Gymnastics,Track Teams, NBA players, Pro Tennis members, Dance Sport Teams, Argentine tango Teams, Opera Stars, Artists from The Rockettes and Cirque Du Soleil.
Julie is a Dance Medicine Specialist with a B.F.A. in Performance Dance, the Classical Pilates Method has evolved over the years to accommodate her work with injured dancers, entertainers, and high-end athletes as well as rehabilitation patients. In her 18+ years of experience, she has managed two private studios, instructed group classes as well as privates, and has also taught aerobics and dance classes. Professionally, she has performed with numerous companies, including Siegfried & Roy and Abracadabra.
Don Bellamy studied dance at Duke Ellington School of the Performing Arts. He started his career as a core dancer at Capital Ballet in Washington, D.C under the direction of Doris Jones and Billy Wilson. He then joined the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre under the artistic direction of Alvin Ailey. Don has been part of such prestigious groups as Dance Theater of Harlem, Complexions, Lar Lubovitch, Donald Byrd The Group and Elisa Monte. Don has had the privilege of being part of many Broadway productions including The Red Shoes, The Lion King, Porgy and Bess, and The Phantom of the Opera, both in Las Vegas and the third national tour. He has worked with many artists including Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, and Celine Dion. Don teaches Ballet at the Rock, as well as Horton style Modern and Contemporary.
Sarah's professional credits include "Ballet Actuel" (Toulouse, France), Ballet Jazz R. Odums (Paris France), Disneyland (Paris, France). In 2002, Sarah moved to Las Vegas to be part of the original cast of Celine Dion's "A New Day", created by Franco Dragone. With the cast, Sarah has appeared on 'Oprah', 'CBS', 'Jerry Lewis telethon', the AMA's and countless other programs and TV specials. Immediately following the full 5-year run with 'A New Day', Sarah joined the cast of Franco Dragone's "Le Reve". She continued her career in Las Vegas, joining the original cast of Cirque du Soleil's "Viva ELVIS" at the Las Vegas resort, Aria. Most recently, Sarah has changed directions from performing and is currently a Talent Scount for Cirque Du Soleil Casting.
A graduate of North Carolina School of the Arts, Greg is considered one of America's foremost choreographers, having created numerous offerings for major international companies. Featured dancer with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago (1997-2002), Greg has danced works by Lou Conte, Twyla Tharp, David Parsons, and many others. He has been featured on Oprah And a New Day CBS Special with Justin Timberlake (2003), World Music Awards (2004), Hurricane Katrina benefit at Krave LV with Elton John, (2006), and is currently soloist in Celine Dion's show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Greg has been on the faculty of UNLV Dance Department, Nevada Ballet, Le Reve, A New Day Company, and Festival de Danse Encore.
Bonnie is an Emmy Award winning choreographer for her work on the High School Musical movies. You can also see her work on So You Think You Can Dance. Bonnie brings outstanding credentials and experience to the world of entertainment. She attended Julliard and the School of American Ballet, and was a Ballet West and William F. Christensen scholarship recipient at the University of Utah. Bonnie danced in several Ballet Companies as a Principal Dancer, including Ballet West before moving to Los Angeles to study jazz, modern dance, and acting. As a veteran television and film performer, she has appeared in such national commercials as MasterCard, Pepsi with Michael J. Fox and Shaquille O'Neal, Diet Pepsi with Ray Charles, and AT&T. Bonnie has also performed in many MTV videos such as Michael Jackson's Smooth Criminal, and has worked with Micheal Jackson again on a MTV anniversary project. She has also worked numerous other music recording artists.
Gina Pero, a performing artist, eduactor and life-coach graduated with a BFA from the University of Buffalo. Gina created an extensive and versatile career in the performing arts with experiences working with many industry legends. Gina has performed with the World famous Radio City Rockettes, was a principal dancer in 'Iron Beast', NY Rhythm House, Clint Holmes Show, Las Vegas Magic, Legends in Concert. She has performed with Zodiaque Dance Company, Solstice Dance Theater and The Red Vern Collective. Gina has done commercials for Dockers, Samsung, Fertility of Las Vegas, and industrials for Lia Sophia, Nike, Caldwell Banker, Kimberly Clark and Red Bull. Gina has also served as creative consultant and choreographer for Cirque du Soleil's Pr"o"ject Runway. Gina now teaches dance and serves as a life-coach for students all around Las Vegas and the United States.
Kelly Cabrera, a Miami native began her extensive professional ballet training at the Harid Conservatory under the direction of Principal Ballerina, Marjorie Tallchief. She was invited on a full scholarship to the School of American Ballet in NYC. At 17, she toured the U.S. and Canada with Pacific Northwest Ballet and went on to dance leading roles in such companies as Pennsylvania Ballet, Ballet Chicago, Lyric Opera of Chicago and Los Angeles Opera. Kelly performed the role of "Oiseau" in Cirque du Soleil's 'Mystere'. Kelly performed nationally and internationally with Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj, Shakira, Celine Dion and Leona Lewis. Kelly has been featured in a national ad campaign for Capezio and can be seen in numerous commercials, tv and award shows inluding, Grammy Awards, Kids Choice Awards, Victoria Secret Show, and more.
Andrea Ziegler is a professional ballet and contemporary dancer from Toronto, Canada. Andrea was a part of the original cast of Celine Dion's 'A New Day', a Franco Dragone production. The Show ran from 2002 to 2007. Currently living in Las Vegas, she is a dance coach with Cirque du Soleil's production of VivaELVIS at the Aria Resort and Casino.
Originally from Long Beach, CA, Matt is currently in Mama Mia at the Tropicana in Las Vegas. Matt has toured with Broadway's 'Movin' Out', 'Swing" and 'CATS'. He has performed in the productions of Cirque du Soleil's 'VivaELVIS', Contact, Candice and Heat Wave: The Jack Cole Project. He has been a member of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and Twyla Tharp's THARP!
Agnes Roux is originally from France, currently living and Performing in Las Vegas, NV. She has been a member of Jeune Ballet de France (collaboration with San Francisco Ballet), as well as a member of Karine Saporta at CCSN Basse - Normandie, France as contemporary dancer through 2002. Currently performing in Zumanity Cirque du Soleil since it's creation. Agnes specializes in Salsa dance.
Florence Gaillard danced the principal role of the Black Widow in Cirque du Soleil’s Mystere and was a principal dancer for Peter Schaufuss Balletten in Denmark. Additionally, she was a soloist dancer with Bejart Ballet Lausanne , was a soloist dancer for Stadt Theatre Bern in Switzerland, and danced with Ballet Du Nord. Moreover, she has appeared in several print and editorial pieces and has had several film and television appearances. Now, as a teacher and choreographer, she brings a wide array of experience and expertise to every class.
Yvonne Racz‘s combination of professional experience and academic experience makes her an accomplished teacher and choreographer. During her tenure as Artistic Director, Ballet Lubbock has received generous grants based upon the growth and reputation of the school and artistic merit of Ballet Lubbock’s performing Dance Company. Her students have been accepted with scholarships to international top ranked summer programs all over the country and includes and alum of professional dancers and teachers. She has been recognized in publications such as VOGUE, TIME, and Southern Living. A review by Dance Magazine quotes: “Yvonne Racz…with legs and arms as fluid as a Kirov Swan as well as a poignancy that is emotionally wrenching”. She has taught adjunct with the Texas Tech University and taught in workshops and master classes internationally. She has choreographed musical theatre productions for Texas Tech and Lubbock Moonlight including their production of CATS. She was one of the guest teachers at the 2015 ACDA Conference at Texas Tech University.
Christa Lee Palchinsky was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Cary, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science in 2006. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, she was accepted to the University of Miami Doctor of Physical Therapy Program where she graduated with Honors. Her clinical internship experience includes work in the neurology department at Orlando Regional Medical Center, a trauma one hospital, mentorship from certified manual therapists at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, and outpatient orthopaedic work here at the Kleven Institute. She has also worked alongside physical therapists for the Miami City Ballet. In 2009, she joined the Kleven Institute staff as a full time physical therapist. She is currently studying to become a certified Pilates rehabilitation specialist through Polestar Education. Prior to her studies in Physical Therapy, Christa was a ballet dancer and has more than 15 years of dance training in ballet and modern dance from The Raleigh School of Ballet in North Carolina, the Duke University Dance Department, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School, and American Ballet Theatre in New York City.
Annie is originally from Montreal, Canada. She graduated in Special Events Production in 2003; she joined Cirque du Soleil in 2005 as a Stage Manager and toured the world. Cirque du Soleil brought her to Las Vegas in 2012 where she continued working in her field.
Annie saw many injuries to the acrobats, dancers and clowns with whom she worked over the years. After being injured and rehabbing with Pilates, Annie decided to become a Certified Pilates Instructor. She is a graduate from Master Trainer Gracie Martinez (The Pilates Studio Las Vegas). Her passion for rehabilitation led her to join FYZICAL Pilates, in January of 2016 at their Henderson location, where she works closely with the physical Therapists.
Annie also discovered a wonderful stretching technique call Fascial Stretch Therapy. She got her Level 2 certification with the Stretch To Win Institute located in Phoenix, AZ. She is currently a Fascial Stretch therapist for FYZICAL Vegas. She is stretching at 3 of their locations around the Valley and also in the comfort of private home. She will return to Arizona in December 2017 for a Level 3 certification.
Annie is a Level 1 LOTKE Method practitioner. Annie completely retired from the World of show business in 2017 after working with Cirque du Soleil for 10 years and Nevada Ballet Theater for 3 seasons.
Starting dance at the age of 12 he was trained in ballet, jazz, tap & acrobatics by Georgia Lynn Bowden and Jenny Lynn Hashim. He then went on to win such titles as Mr. Teen Dance Educators of America, Mr. Dance Olympus & Mr. Dance Educators runner-up. His professional highlights include: Jean Ann Ryan dancer, Siegfried & Roy, Tokyo Disneyland where he was Aladdin, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines & EFX starring Rick Springfield. He was a back up dancer for Martha Walsh, Mandalay Bay & opening gala for the Wynn Resort. Robert has worked with such choreographers as Jerry Mitchell, Michael Chambers, Missy Cochran & Emmy Award winner Kenny Ortega. He has worked for UNLV Rebel Girls & Treasure Island Resort as co-choreographer of the New Years Celebration show. His work has won national awards such as New York City Dance Alliance’s Senior Critics Choice Award 2013, 2014 Teen Best Performance at The Dance Awards. His dancers have performed in shows such as Sonya Tayeh Dance Company, Stacey Tookey’s “Moments Defined”, & Travis Wall’s “Shaping Sound” . Robert has taught for such conventions as JUMP, Shake & Break NYC, Dance Educators of America and Dance Olympus. Robert’s teaching method derives from Pilates, Franklin Method, Gyro-tonics & Feldenkrias “Awareness Through Movement.” We welcome him as the new Director of teams here at Bunker!
Katy Tate originally hails from Longwood, Fl. Growing up on the competition and convention circuit, she was trained extensively in west coast styles of jazz, contemporary, tap, ballet, hip hop, etc. After graduating high school, she moved to Los Angeles to study at Tremaine Dance Center on a year scholarship program, traveled with Tremaine convention as an assistant and attending University of South Florida Bachelor of Independent Study program through correspondence. After the year was done, Katy signed with KSA, now MSA, dance agency and began working on such projects as the motion picture Beautiful directed by Sally Field, Ally McBeal, music videos, commercials, etc. In 2001, Katy took a full time contract dancing at Disney’s Epcot. While there, she performed with numerous events for Transcon records and started touring with Brooke Hogan as a dancer. She began to put more focus on her choreography work throughout this time, producing small stage shows and videos. In 2002, Katy accepted the role of “Go to Hell Kitty” in a production of Chicago in New Orleans. In 2003, Katy returned to Disney at the Animal Kingdoms’ production of Tarzan Rocks. In 2005, Katy moved to Las Vegas to perform in the show Fashionistas. She became the resident choreographer for Dreamhawk Productions, choreographing events for Honda, Choice Hotels, Mountain’s Edge, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Nivea and more. Her choreography took on more of a role when she started to perform in Bette Midler’s The Showgirl Must Go On. On her breaks from the show, she would travel to produce events, set choreography on studios and teach on dance conventions. Throughout her performance career, Katy performed for Ellen DeGeneres, Oprah, Kathy Griffin: Life on the D List and many more. After Bette came to a close, the position of Dance Master for Cirque du Soleil’s LOVE came open. Katy started in 2010 with Cirque where she oversees the dancers’ operations, choreographies, integrations, etc. She has staged and set pieces for Life is Beautiful music festival, Dodgers Halftime Show, CBS special The GRAMMYS Salute The Beatles: The Night that Changed America, NASCAR Awards, Paul McCartney MusiCares Person of the Year, The View and more. In 2013, Jerry Mitchell added a piece done by Katy and her choreography partner, Melena Rounis, to his production Peepshow in Las Vegas. Katy has a great passion for the art of creation and teaching. She continues to teach regularly in Las Vegas and now hosts a dance workshop called Kick for a Cure to benefit Cancer Treatment Centers of America. She is always excited to share the cyclical experience of teaching the art, sharing the love of mindful movement and purpose.
Jeneane Gallo Huggins holds a dual MFA in Dance and Theatre from the University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee and has studied and worked with various choreographers including those from the Martha Graham Institute, Jacob’s Pillow and the Bates Dance Festival where she recently received a fellowship. Her choreography and teaching style has been influenced by training in a vast genre of movement technique which include Graham, Laban, Limon, Yoga, Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary post-modern styles. She danced professionally with Siegfried and Roy and was also a member of the New Works Project Modern Dance Company. Ms. Huggins has also developed a deep understanding of what today’s dancers need in the way of a classical base for a contemporary performance. Her signature style of an eclectic mixture of highly physical movement and text has led to her original dance dramas which she has written, directed and choreographed for the past 12 years. Las Vegas Review-Journal critic Anthony Del Valle commented on her piece “Body Language,” “…Gallo’s emotionally charged choreography makes dance accessible. Even if you’re not a dance fan, there’s a good chance you’ll connect to Gallo’s work because of its’ dramatic power.” Ms. Huggins has been instrumental in educating herself on the audition process needed for many of her students to receive partial and full dance scholarships to various colleges including Hart, Chapman University, Brigham Young University and California Institute of the Arts. Students have also been accepted into highly competitive dance programs at New York University, Purchase, Boston Conservatory and Marymount/Manhattan.
Paul Franklin from Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been in the industry since he was 10 years old. Working in national commercials, print ads and TV shows. He trained in New York and LA from some of the best teachers and choreographers. Started working in Musical Theater, Theme Parks, cruise ships, music videos and Las Vegas shows. Paul has taught and judged for West Coast Dance Explosion nationals, Dance to the Max, Cirque du Soleil, Showstoppers, DEA, Dance Masters Nationals, Boston Teachers Club and Dance Olympus. Paul choreographed for companies in Japan and Italy, as well as Gold Rainbow, Wells Fargo, CES and universities like UNLV, UNSD, and SMU. Paul has been teaching for many years. Most of his students have moved on to major colleges and dance companies.
